Ami Ndukwe has 15 years of experience advising clients in complex commercial disputes, antitrust cases, investigations and regulatory compliance.

Qualified in California and England & Wales, he acts for clients in the technology, banking, energy, environmental and natural resources sectors in proceedings before arbitral tribunals and state, national, and international courts.

Ami has represented clients in matters before the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom and the General Court of the European Union. He has managed cross-border disputes and investigations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He also regularly advises clients on risk mitigation, corporate governance, enforcement matters, and compliance with national, regional, and global regulatory regimes.
 

Before joining Gryphon Law, Ami practiced at two global law firms in London and worked in-house at a U.S.-based investment firm in Los Angeles.
